Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, book a discovery call or email us, we collect what you share, such as your name, email address, organization name, annual budget range, the services you’re interested in and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and site software may record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and may use cookies the site needs to work properly.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Third-party services
Our website uses a few outside services: Calendly to schedule calls, Trustindex to display our Google reviews, Google Fonts, and our secure client portal. We also link to our LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram pages. When you use these services, their own privacy policies apply.
Client information
Information our clients share with us during an engagement is covered by our engagement letter and by the professional confidentiality rules that apply to CPAs, not by this website policy.
Please don’t send tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive documents through the contact form or by email. Clients receive access to a secure portal for that.
How we protect and keep information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. We keep inquiry information only as long as we need it to respond to you and for our normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us through this website by emailing info@mandalacpa.com.
Children
Our website is meant for nonprofit leaders and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
